PANC and Personnel Support Members:

Welcome to the Personnel Administrators of NC web site. The past year has brought many challenges for most LEAs throughout the state as we all had to do more with less. However, our PANC organization continues to thrive through your support. This is your organization and will only get stronger as you become more involved.

The primary goal of PANC is to provide the support needed to allow you to be effective in your job. As a member-driven organization, we invite you to join us.

Opportunities to be an active participant in this organization are many and its success depends on you. Please consider participating in one of the following ways:

• Becoming a paying member of PANC
• Serving on the Steering Committee
• Serving on any of these committees: conference, professional development, legislative, or membership
• Be an active member in your regional PANC organization

Dues:

• Active membership - $50 - school personnel employees who spend 50% or more of their time on personnel administration duties
• Associate membership - $30 - those who spend less than 50% of their time on personnel administration duties and/or who are employed by an educational institution, or enrolled as a student in a program of educational administration or human resource management.
• Retired membership - $30 - active or associate member who has retired from personnel administration. 

Our organization calendar for dues runs from September through August. Therefore, membership dues must be paid before the annual fall conference each year in order to receive the member registration rate.

The conference planning committee will spend the summer in preparation for our fall conference which is scheduled for October 17-19, so mark your calendar now.
