Dear PANC Partner:
Once again the time is upon us for our annual Spring Conference. This year the conference will be held at the Hilton Riverside in Wilmington, NC on the days of April 11-14. We are asking that vendors only participate in the conference for the first two full days of the conference, Monday, April 12 and Tuesday, April 13. This will save money for you as well as us. If you would want to stay on Wednesday, you can make arrangements with the hotel to be billed for the extra charges you would incur.
Set-up for the conference will Sunday evening, April 11, after 5:30 PM, or Monday morning, April 12.
As part of your fee, you are invited to participate in all the meals and events. The number of people in your organization to which this is open free of charge is dependent on your level of sponsorship. To those of you who give door prizes (and we encourage everyone to consider doing this), drawings for those prizes will be Tuesday afternoon at our closing event for our sponsors.
Our twice-yearly conferences draw in excess of 150 participants from all across the state of North Carolina. The conference will provide an excellent venue for your business. To participate, you must complete the contract and return to me by March 15, 2010.
